  • 40 g butter
  • 500 g onions
  • 125 g streaky bacon
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of caraway salt

Preparation

  1. Put flour in a bowl. Make a kneading dough from flour, oil, water and a pinch of salt.
  2. Roll out the dough into 4 thin pancakes, place on baking paper and coat with crème fraîche.

  4. Cut the bacon into thin slices and then into thin strips.
