Instructions
- Put flour in a bowl. Make a kneading dough from flour, oil, water and a pinch of salt.
- Roll out the dough into 4 thin pancakes, place on baking paper and coat with crème fraîche.
- Peel onions and cut into thin slices. Cut the bacon into thin slices and then into thin strips. Spread onions and bacon evenly on the dough.
