Ingredients

120 g tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
250 ml orange juice
salt, pepper pinch of sugar
120 ml broth
4 large fried sausages

Cooking Method

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the tomato paste.
  2. Add curry powder and cayenne pepper. Extinguish with orange juice.
  3. Stir in the broth and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and about star anise and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes. Is the sauce too thick with some water to dilute.
  4. Roast the sausages. Pour over the sauce and serve. To match fries.
