Instructions
- Put the clams in a pan with the garlic and white wine over high heat, evaporate the alcohol, then close with a lid until the clams are fully open. It will take about 3 minutes. Drain them and retrieve the sauce you will go to filter and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic over low heat with chilli and add the clams, previously filtered water and brown for a few minutes.
- To cook pasta: boil 2 liters of water in a metal pot and when the water is boiling add salt. Then when the water starts boiling again add pasta and let it cook for the minutes indicated on the package. Drain pasta in a colander.
- Stirin the spaghetti in the pot with the clams, mix for a few seconds, serve hot with a turn of pepper.
