On behalf of the European Renal Nutrition Working Group (ERN) at the European Renal Association–European Dialysis and Transplant Association (ERA–EDTA), we would like to invite you to complete a Survey aimed at identifying the clinical priorities in Nutritional Practice in non-dialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients.This initiative is a collective effort to gather views from different Stakeholders involved in CKD care (Nephrologists, Nutritionists, Dietitians, Nurses and Patients) and, ultimately, guiding the development of best practice programs to improve the quality of care and outcomes of CKD patients.

Your participation in this important ERA-EDTA initiative is extremely valuable. Your perspective will help to identify the nutritional priorities in CKD and the success of this initiative depends on the collaboration of people such as yourself.
