The leaflets for patients are now available for download in five languages!

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Click on your favourite language to download the pdf of the leaflet
  • Print the leaflet on both sides (landscape orientation, flip pages on short edge)
  • Fold the leaflet in 3 equal parts
  • Distribute the leaflet to your patients!
