Information about registration for the ERA Education Meeting in Kaunas 2026

Registrations

Registration will open in March!

Registration is available to ERA Members and ERA Member Medical School students only. 

If you are not yet an ERA Member, please visit our Membership page and follow the instructions to join. If you still have not renewed for 2026, you can do it now.  

Once your membership is confirmed, you will be eligible to register for the ERA Education Meeting in Kaunas, Lithuania. 

 

Medical School Student registration 

We are pleased to offer a limited number of reduced registrations for Medical School students who are up to 28 years old. These spots are capped at 50 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Notes

(1) How to become ERA Member and register for the meeting:

Log in to your My ERA Account or complete the membership process if necessary. If you do not have already an account, you need to create a new one.

Once available, click on the registration link for the ERA Education Meeting in the section ERA Meetings.

Complete the registration form and submit the required documentation (see above if applicable).

Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

(2) Young Professionals (29-40 years old)

During the registration procedure, young professionals from 29 and up to 40 years of age (the birth year must be from 1986 to 1997) are requested to upload a scanned copy of their photo identification document that includes their birth date (i.e. passport, identity card or driving license).

(3) Medical school students (up to 28 years old)

Medical school students up to 28 years of age (the birth year must be from 1998 or later) are requested to upload a scanned copy of their photo identification document that includes their birth date (i.e. passport, identity card or driving license) and a proof of current student status (e.g., a valid student ID and enrolment certificate).

Payment methods

Until August 23, 2026, payment is possible by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and bank transfer. From August 24, 2026, only credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted.

Cancellation policy

Before August 23, 2026, cancelled registrations will be reimbursed 75% of the total amount paid, net of bank charges.
From August 24, 2026, no refund of the amount paid.
All reimbursements, if any, will be done after the Meeting.
Please note that no name changes for individual registrations are possible.

Healthcare providers (HCP)

Healthcare providers will be identified during the registration process and can be distinguished onsite.

Access to the Scientific Sessions

The programme includes 2 parallel sessions focusing on clinical topics like diagnosis, prevention, and therapy, through lectures and hands-on sessions with active participation from the attendees.

Exhibition Area

Access to the exhibition area and to the Industry Symposia.

Certificate EACCME®/UEMS credits

An application will be made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event.

Certificate of attendance

Starting from September 25, 2026 participants will be able to download their certificates based on their attendance directly from their My ERA.
