What is your opinion on the Knowledge Exchange Programme?

I believe that this program is a valuable and commendable initiative. In addition to being aimed at sharing experience, knowledge, and skills, the Knowledge Exchange Programme contributes to improving the quality of nephrology care in general.

Do you think that the Knowledge Exchange Programme is a relevant experience that should be mentioned in your professional CV?

It is a great honour for me to participate in the Knowledge Exchange Programme. This grant is of significant value and deserves a prominent place on my CV.

How has the Knowledge Exchange Programme influenced your daily work after returning to your home institution?

This program has definitely had a positive impact. The knowledge and experience I have gained help me in my daily work with patients, diagnosing and treating their diseases. In addition, I can now share my knowledge with students at our medical university and doctors on advanced training courses. During the internship, I met highly professional specialists, to whom I can now turn for advice or help in solving a complex clinical case.

What opportunities, experiences, and knowledge have you gained?

I want to express my incredible gratitude to the ERA for providing me with the Knowledge Exchange Programme grant. The program was a valuable opportunity to learn about the latest developments, research results, and best practices in this field. The Knowledge Exchange Programme contributed to my professional development, the initiation of cooperation and networking.
