About ERA Female Leadership Virtual Mentorship Programme
The ERA Female Leadership Virtual Mentorship Programme provides an opportunity for a one-to-one relationship to share knowledge, experiences, questions, and challenges related to leadership in nephrology and healthcare with international colleagues who have experience in leadership skills. Female members looking to strengthen their leadership skills, including physicians, researchers, biologists, nurses, nutritionists, and others, are welcome to apply.
Programme Objectives
- To empower women leadership in nephrology by strengthening leadership skills.
- To foster professional growth of mentees through guidance, experience sharing and mentorship provided by women professionals working in nephrology trained in leadership.

For the year 2026, a maximum of 9 eligible applicants will be selected as mentees, with admission granted on a first-come, first-served basis, provided all requirements are met.
The mentee should be female YNP ERA Full active member.
The total number of mentees depends on the mentors’ availability to accept more than one mentee.
