Registrations

During registration, young professionals aged 29 to 40 (birth years 1986 to 1997) must upload a scanned copy of a photo ID showing their birth date (e.g. passport, identity card, or driving license). Young professionals must already be ERA Members before registering to the Congress.

Medical students aged 18 to 28 (born 1998 or later) can benefit from free ERA and Congress Membership. Please note you must already be an ERA Student Member before registering for the Congress.

Note: All Congress participants must be at least 18 years old.

Eligibility is based on official annual income (GDP per capita) according to the World Bank database. All countries with an average annual income below USD 10,000 (as of September 2024) will be included in the low-income category.

A special registration fee will be available from April 8, 2026, following the announcement of abstract acceptance or rejection.

Please do not register before the abstract announcement to benefit from the reduced fees.

This category includes General Practitioners, Dietitians, Nurses, Dialysis Technicians & Specialist Physical Therapists.
These professionals must upload the “ERA Official Status Document” during registration process. The document must include ALL the required information to be considered valid. Industry/sponsor letters, photographs, certificates or documents that are not compliant with the requirements are not accepted. ERA reserves the right to not accept these registrations if the requested information is not complete.

The following cancellation policy applies to the Individual and Regular Group Registration:

- Before May 6, 2026: 75% refund (net of bank charges)
- From May 7, 2026: No refunds

Please note, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the Congress, and no name changes are allowed for individual registrations.

HCPs will be identified during registration and distinguished on-site and virtually. The UK ABPI Code, classifies a Health Care Professional as any medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing professionals, and others who may administer, prescribe, purchase, recommend, or supply medicine. This also includes pharmaceutical company employees whose primary role is as practicing health professionals.

Access to certain Industry Symposia and the exhibition area may be restricted based on the HCP status of a participant. It is therefore important to provide accurate information during the registration.
