Registrations to the next ERA Congress are now open!

To register, please click on the button below and log in with your MyERA credentials.

The Congress registration fee includes:

  • Access / live streaming to the scientific sessions and mini-oral presentations held on May 19-22, 2022, including Q&A with speakers

  • Exclusive access to the Congress webcasts and digital content until the end of August 2022

  • CME and hands-on courses held on May 19, 2022 (on-site places available on a “first come, first served” basis)

  • Access to Industry Symposia (they might be restricted to HCPs) and the exhibition area

  • Certificates of attendance and EACCME/UEMS credits*

Last but not least… all Non-Members who pay and register to the Congress will become ERA Members** and will receive all the ERA Membership benefits until the end of 2022!

* The 59th ERA Congress has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 26 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Notes

1. ERA Low Income Countries

The selection of the countries is based on their official annual income (GDP – Gross Domestic Product per Capita) according to the World Bank database. All those countries that have an official annual average income below USD 10,000 will be included.  The list of countries whose Members are entitled to the special discounted annual ERA Membership fees can be viewed here.

2. Young Professionals (29-40 years old)

During the registration procedure, young professionals from 29 and up to 40 years of age (the birth year must be from 1982 to 1993) are requested to upload a scanned copy of their photo identification document that includes their birth date (i.e passport, identity card or driving license).

3. Blank Group Membership

Booking and payment must be received by the early deadline of March 8, 2022. The final list of names must instead be submitted by April 28, 2022.

4. Young Professionals (28 years old or younger), Students, Patients and Caretakers

Young professionals: during the registration procedure, young professionals (from 18 up to 28 years of age – the birth date cannot be earlier than 1994) are requested to upload a scanned copy of their photo identification document that includes their birth date (i.e. passport, identity card or driving license).

Students: during the registration procedure, students are requested to upload a scanned copy of their identification document (i. e. passport, identity card or driving license) and must send an official document proving their status as a student.

Patients: during the registration procedure, patients are requested to upload a scanned copy of their identification document (i.e. passport, identity card or driving license) and a letter from their physician proving their status as a patient.

Caretakers: during the registration procedure, caretakers are requested to upload a scanned copy of their identification document (i.e. passport, identity card or driving license) and a letter from their physician proving their status as a caretaker. Reserved to relatives or persons taking care of patients. Not for physicians, nurses or hospital/institution staff.

5. General Practitioners, Dietitians, Nurses, Dialysis Technicians

During the registration procedure, general practitioners, dietitians, nurses, or dialysis technicians are requested to upload a scanned copy of their identification document (passport, identity card or driving license) and an official document proving their status.

PRESCRIBING PROFESSIONALS
Prescribing professionals will be identified during the registration process and can be distinguished live and on the virtual platform.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE – EACCME/ UEMS CREDITS*
After May 22, 2022 participants will be able to download their certificates based on their attendance directly from their ‘My ERA’ account, in the  ‘My Congress’ section until September 30, 2022.

* An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event.

PAYMENT METHODS
Until May 5, 2022: credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and bank transfer.
From May 6 to 22, 2022: only credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before April 29, 2022: 75% of the amount paid, net of bank charges.
After April 29, 2022:    No refund of the amount paid.

All reimbursements, if any, will be done after the Congress.
